Dear Donors:

It is with heartfelt gratitude we thank you for your generous donations for the year of 2006.

Your support of our programs, mission, and welfare of informal caregivers and their families is invaluable. From our humble beginnings in 2005, when we began our original program, the Client Services Program, we have since expanded to offer our Care Facility Placement Program. We have also been accepted by the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America as one of their Excellence in Care Specialists and will be assessing care settings in the State of Arizona to promote continual improvement in the care of people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We are also working closely with the Muhammad Ali Parkinson’s Research Center to assist their caregivers through our programs.

We have strategically formed collaborations to ensure the best possible service for our caregivers and families and are continuing to build alliances and foster relationships. Our primary goals are to ensure our programs maintain integrity and that we remain true to our mission. Reaching these goals would not be possible without supporters such as you.

Your gift helps a population that is often overlooked and underserved. We deeply respect and are grateful to those who give unselfishly to help others. Thank you for helping lay the groundwork to ensure our long-term viability, ability to continue serving our families and educating the community.
